BEER HAIKU #54 Remedy Deebles Pale Ale

Although some, especially The Jesuit, hold that Spring commences only with the Vernal Equinox, for most of the Thirsty persuasion, three days into September is close enough. Of course, a decent English pale ale is never unseasonal but with the promise of fairer weather on the horizon, a new entry in that storied tradition was a welcome treat for our regular conclave at Hashigo Cult Beer Bar.

Remedy Deebles Pale Ale (6.1% ABV)

Deeble’s debut ale

Grapefruit puts you in the pink

Knockout aroma

Food match: Brie de meaux, lightly seared salmon, warm olives
